Rules & Regulations

1. All items displayed must be for sale. All items must be antique or early collectible. NO new merchandise, recent collectibles or flea market merchandise will be allowed.

2.All items must be clearly marked with price and any known alterations or restorations.

3.All items must be guaranteed as represented by exhibitor.

4.Coastal Promotions reserves the right to have removed, by the exhibitor, any item it (Coastal Promotions) deems inappropriate for an antiques show.

5.An application is a commitment to show and refunds are not given after an application has been accepted.(cashing of a deposit check indicates acceptance).

6.All exhibitors will be set up and ready for business at the show opening and remain open for business during show hours indicated on front of contract.

7.The exhibitor agrees to be solely responsible for his/ her conduct and safety within the confines of their booth.

8.Exhibitors must be responsible for thier own state and local taxes should they apply.

9.All exhibitors are required to keep their booths clean and orderly during show hours, including clean up at the end of the show.All displays should be neat and clean and tables must be draped to the floor on at least 3 sides.

10.Special sales and discounts will be discouraged as they tend to distract from the overall quality of the show.

11.Exhibitor’s booth must not interfere with adjacent exhibits in any way.

12.Exhibitors may not sublet or apportion space to anyone else without prior consent of the management.

13.Coastal Promotions Inc., it’s agents or employes, shall not be liable for refunds or any other liabilities whatsoever for their failure to fulfill this contract due to the reasons of the enclosure in which the show is to be produced, being before or during the show destroyed by fire or other calamity, or by and act of God,public enemy,strikes, statues,ordinances, or any legal authority, or any cause beyond it’s control.

14.Insurance if desired by exhibitors must be obtained by them at their own cost.

15.Use of porters is at exhibitors own risk.

16.The exhibitor agrees to pay all sums to the managers in the manner agreed to on the application.

17.This contract shall be to deemed to have been made in the state of Maine and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of such state.In the event legal action is required to enforce this contract or any of the terms thereof,such action shall be brought in the courts of Lincoln County, Maine, and the exhibitor expressly consents the jurisdiction in such courts. The parties agree to and accept service of process in such action by ordinary mail sent to their business address as set forth in this contract.

18.This contract constitutes the entire agreement between Coastal Promotions Inc. and the Exhibitor an no modification shall be valid unless in writing and signed by the parties or their representatives.
